Across a total of 46 subjects, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University both dominate with 12 and 15 number one rankings, respectively. The Oxford University is the only other university to lead the ranking list in more than one subject.

This year, the University of Cambridge, UK, has found its place in the top 10 rankings in most number of subjects.
