Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), New Zealand has three main campuses at:

  • Gisborne (Tairāwhiti)

In addition, the Eastern Institute of Technology has several regional as well as satellite campuses around New Zealand. Each of these campuses offers students high quality industry-oriented courses.

The Eastern Institute of Technology, Tairāwhiti campus is located at Palmerston Road, Gisborne, and offers most of the courses. Gisborne is a vibrant and sunny city as it is the first city in New Zealand to experience sunrise every day. The city is also filled with numerous beaches and is the perfect destination for water activities. Gisborne also offers students multiple fine-dining restaurants. “Te Urewera National Park,” Lake Waikaremoana and Rere Rock Slide are some important tourist spots.

Hawke’s Bay is an excellent location with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Furthermore, this campus offers students a variety of restaurants, cafés and entertainment options to choose from. Another unique feature of Hawke’s Bay campus is that it offers students convenient and stress-free commuting options. Travelling between campuses has never been a problem for students of EIT. Hawke’s Bay also offers students plenty of on-campus accommodation facilities including furnished bedrooms with a fully furnished kitchen, lounge, electricity and internet. Napier city is the 5th largest urban city in New Zealand with a good blend of modernity and traditions.

The Eastern Institute of Technology,  Auckland campus offers students the best facilities combined with an excellent lifestyle. Auckland is the capital of New Zealand and hence it offers students plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, travel and engaging in outdoor activities. This campus also offers students a variety of off-campus accommodation facilities ranging from homestays to private accommodation.

Each of these campuses consist of various student support services including the Students’ Association which conducts various recreational and sports activities throughout the year. This students’ body represents the students and expresses their concerns and issues in front of various committees.
